You need to change the standard user to an administrator account first.
The standard user does not have administrator privileges and therefore cannot perform the task of running command prompt on Windows 10 as an administrator. Tips: How to Change Standard User to Administrator Step 2: Tap Yes to allow CMD to run as administrator. Step 1: Search cmd, right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator on the menu. Step 2: Select Yes in the User Account Control window.
